The 1st time I employed Stay Chat, I was at placement #two in the queue and it took 18 minutes right up until a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I used to be at position #2 once again, but this time it only took 8 minutes hold out time. This is quite great compared to other exchanges that only reply by way of e-mail, without Stay Chat option. T
